Sanyo reveals ‘Xacti E7’ Digital Camera

After launching a weatherproof camera , Sanyo has now released a more conventional digital camera. The camera dubbed ‘Xacti E7 boasts of 7.1MP sensor with 3X optical zoom.Customers will also be allowed to shoot video clips in VGA size. The device has 23MB internal memory and support for SD cards to enhance the storage capacity if required.

Hasselblad H3D-31 DSLR 31

Hasselblad has a popular lineup of the third generation cameras that promises high resolution, natural and sharp images and many other options. Now they have launched H3D-31 DSLR 31-megapixel that is a 31-megapixel version of the H3D-39. The camera boasts to be the world’s first 48mm full-frame DSLR camera system. It features 31-megapixel 44- x 33-millimeter sensor, micro lenses for faster ISO rating up to 800 and a faster capture rate at 1.2 seconds-per-image capture. It also features a mobile and tethered mode as well as Hasselblad’s Natural Color Solution, Digital Auto Correction and Instant .

Credit Card Digital Camera

The Credit Card Digital Camera strips out all but the essentials, creating an extremely compact device that is also very cheap (for our sake :)). The sensor is rated at 0.3 megapixels, which can still produce up to 26 1280×960 photos, stored on 8MB of RAM; alternately, users can shoot as many as 209 images at 640×480, or record up to 40 seconds of video. The unit also serve as a USB webcam. It is missing electronic flash however, and to check framing, users must rely on a manual viewfinder rather than an LCD. Oh, wait, I almost forgot... the selling price $41!!! amazing huh?

RDC-7 by Ricoh

The $899 RDC-7 is a 3.3 Megapixel camera with features typical of other cameras in its class, but it adds one feature rarely seen: a "Pro" mode which produces 7 million pixel images. It can do this in one of two ways: one is to just take a photo and interpolate up to 3072 x 2304; the other is to actually take two shots back-to-back, and do something called "pixel shifting", which gives the camera more data from which to create the interpolated image. Nice but expensive for the average Joe.

The Konica Minolta Dimage Z6 is a 6 megapixel camera, with 12x optical zoom lens, very appealing to photographers who shoot subjects such as sports and wildlife. It has a pop-up style flash unit, with a maximum range of 8m, red eye reduction, autoflash, fill flash and slow shutter sync. The LCD is 2.0" with 114,000 pixels, and the viewfinder has a diopter correction feature. You can record movies too, with a max resolution of 320x240.
