GE Brand for everyone!

3GE has showed their first line of consumer cameras that have been developed by General Imaging. The line comprises bunch of eight cameras in two series “A” and “G”. The A series has been designed for the first time buyers and are quite cheap. The series offers wide 3-inch screen and 4x optical zoom and many other common features like image stabilization, red-eye removal, high ISO sensitivity, and panoramic stitching etc. Designed as point and shoot cameras, the G series or the G1 touts to snap great photos. Finally, GE has taken wraps off the “X” that enriches the users with a startling recital with its 8-megapixels CCD sensor and 12x optical zoom. From $149 to $399 you can choose your own this month!

Leica C-Lux 2 Camera new style

2Leica C-Lux 2 camera is an enhanced successor to the good old C-Lux 1 camera which existed some time back. It sports a 7.2 mega pixels of digital marvel. The 2.5-inch screen is the only thing it may have got from the earlier version. It also features an infinitesimal shutter delay, VARIO-ELMARIT lenses and the 3.6x zoom withdraws in just a fraction of a second into the camera body.

AIGO Slim 7.1MP Digital Camera

1_2 AIGO has preented a slim digital camera that is just 2.2-cm thick. The camera features a 7.1 Megapixel sensor, a 2.5-inch LCD screen with 3027 x 2304 resolutions. ViviCam 6200W for Underwater Photography

Cam3Vivitar launched the new Vivicam 6200w, a new 6 megapixel underwater digital camera. The compact has the ability to survive water pressure and put off smash-up up to ten meters under water. The camera comes with rugged exteriors and can also write to SD cards. Other speca are a 2” LCD 4x digital zoom, 16MB of built-in storage with SD card support up to 1GB, and PictBridge support. It will cost around $233 when it hits the market.

Olympus SP-550UZ with 18X Zoom

Cam2 Olympus has released a new camera dubbed SP-550UZ which has all the qualities of becoming a winner of all other cameras already in the market. The camera sports an 18X zoom that means it can shoot from afar. It also captures videos at a good 15fps and equipped with a 2.5” LCD display, an electronic viewfinder and dual image stabilization. The only con of this product seems to be the price... $499 .
